The wide range of legal services provided includes corporate advice and assistance in matters such as company law, mergers and acquisitions, international contracts, transport law, competition law, etc as well as litigation and/or arbitration. Working languages are Italian, English, French and some Spanish. Fees are reasonable and normally charged on a hourly basis.
